I created a list of the Gods of Golarion for the players of my game. They mostly want to know what gods their characters can worship and which are villainous. So, I rearranged the list into 2 tables, added a note for what races look to the gods, and added their title names for additional flavor. As a GM, I find this kind of list to be handier for quickly sorting out which are good for an NPC or town.
If you want to have a look, I've posted it as a Google Doc Spreadsheet.

I'd hesitate to add Gyronna, Zyphus and Droskar to the "playable as PCs" list, since the at least Gyronna and the Dark Smith feature as villain dieties in Paizo modules and their faiths are insular, fear-mongering and, unlike, say, the Asmodean faith, do not have a veneer of civility. Zyphus is plain evil too, bent on consuming the living energy of "accidental" deaths that his worshippers machinate and the faith serves very little other purposes. No gray shades whatsover. Naderi for me is halfway villain material too, but I can imagine fashionable youngsters dabbling in the faith "since everyone else does", so that would be a case by case player denial. I'd do the same treatment for Norgorber's aspect as Father Skinsaw too. Blackfingers and Reaper of Reputation work fine and you won't be burned alive if found out to worship them, but being part of a death cult that mutilates their victims to giblets isn't really fashionable or adventuring party material.
One interesting thing is the worship of some Devils, Demon Lords and Daemons. Not Lamashtu, since she is so bloody well known and has a pretty nasty portfolio that would serve to facilitate hostilities between different adventurer's, thanks to the facet of being worshipped by every humanoid monster this side of Avistan.
No, not her, but there are other evils that can work well as player deities, some examples follow: We currently have a servant of Angazhan, a Bekyari tiefling ranger, in our Serpent's Skull party, who vows that he is serving tribal spirits. His tribe is of course part of the demon-worshipping Ombo ethnicity, but he doesn't see it that way and sees Angazhan(and Zura to a lesser extent) as part of the tribe's pantheon. Naturally the bastard jungle guide is somewhat nihilistic and Chaotic Neutral, but he's a bundle of opportunity. A similar example is one fighter in our local PFS scene who worships the Deacon of War, since she gives him victory and victory is all that matters. He's True Neutral and likes to make his bow's horns as glossy as possible(but doesn't call it "Miranda", fortunately). Then there's the troupe of Moloch-worshippers from another PFS scene, who work incredibly well as party members, since they are Lawful Neutral and Moloch is the General of Hell - any a combatant will benefit from his grace. Not to mention, my current alchemist pays lip service to Haagenti, since his concoctions just plain work and self-experimentation is the new black in applied chymistics!
But I digress, tt's true that many, well most, of the prime evils have pretty disgusting agendas and MO's that don't mix well at all with a troupe of glory-seekers, but there's alway a exceptions and with a bit of creativity and subterfuge they can bestow interesting sides to player characters.
tl;dr Cool list, but I have some reservations. Nice spreadsheet too.
