Disappointment with Wonders in the Weave

Liberty's Edge 1/5

So, I was planning on running Wonders in the Weave, Part I tomorrow for our high-level table, but after reading through the mod, found that there is essentially no point in doing so until the end of January.

Spoiler:
In order to receive the full credit and boons, both parts of Wonders in the Weave must be run by the same character and back-to-back in order. If I run the first part now, I would essentially freeze out all the high-level characters until the next part is released or force them to not get the boon.

I am very disappointed that Paizo released a scenario that most players would not play during the first month of its release if they knew the full details of the chronicle sheet. I would rather see any multiple-part scenarios like this released together or at least closer together.

I realize that the product page for the scenario indicates that they should be played in order, but it does *not* indicate

Spoiler:
that they need to be played consecutively.

The two scenarios do not need to be played consecutively, but we're experimenting with rewarding players for doing multi-part scenarios in order without running through other adventures in between. The nature of our production schedule and the need to do scenarios in multiple tiers each month means we can't release multi-part scenarios in the same month, but given that most people don't play scenarios in the first few weeks of release (based on reporting data) indicates that this isn't a problem. But as with any experiment, the results could go either way, and we appreciate your feedback.
