Is there any timeline on singles and Encounter Packs?

Do you have any idea on when single PF Battles minis will be available on the website and/or when Encounter packs are likely to be released?

We intend to have Heroes & Monsters singles available on January 11, the set's official release date.

WizKids is currently nailing down the details on the first couple of Encounter Packs, and I suspect we'll be announcing at least one of them in the next couple of weeks.
