Suggestion 1:
Give away a couple copies of each new major publication (like Bestiary 3), signed by everyone who had a hand in it.
Only rule to win is being a message board member with at least, I don't know, 10 posts and one thread.
Just randomly pick a couple message board members who meet the criteria.
Suggestion 2:
Make a dozen signed copies of each new major publication available for purchase, first come-first serve, with a 25% (or so) markup.
The profits for those copies go to charity, tallied at the end of each FY.
(sorry if this thread is in the wrong place)

You guys really want to Have an awesome contest and prove that you're in full support of the 3PP movement, what you should do is host an auction of signed material, limited artwork, variant cover chronicles/gazetteers, and then lotto the money raised to a pool of 3PP's, letting them reap the benefits of some fan love. It's a PR windfall for you guys as it puts nothing but a good face on how you treat 3PP's, your fans, and the gaming community at large. It puts more of your product out there for folks, while helping other publishers who support your product keep their own "doors open". Invite the 3PP community to come on board with the auction by supplying product of their own to be included if you want to keep your own product to a minimum. Either way, I think it would really foster a lot of good faith for your brand and company to hold an auction selling items we, the gaming community, cherish..and then giving away the money made to other, smaller companies, to help them stay in the game. And in the end, how much would you really stand to lose out of it? Throw in 2 dozen game books, some mini's, perhaps one or two "special" printed books, some con swag and exclusives...really sounds like less than you might pay for a magazine ad when you think about it.
