Version 6.10 of the Pathfinder files for Hero Lab are now available from the automatic updates mechanism within Hero Lab. This update adds the Bestiary 3 and Dragon Empires Gazeteer, along with some bug fixes.
The Bestiary 3 is a new package, available for $9.99. For those of you who don't have the Bestiary and Bestiary 2 packages yet, all three packages are now available as a bundle for $29.99 (it would be #34.97 to buy those three packages separately).
Campaign Setting: Dragon Empires Gazeteer is also available in this release. This book is a free update for those who already own the Campaign Setting #7 package, which is available for $4.99 and also contains Book of the Damned V3: Horsemen of the Apocalypse and Land of the Linnorm Kings.
If you're not familiar with Hero Lab, please drop by the Hero Lab page of our webite. There, you can download Hero Lab in demo mode. The only things you're restricted from doing in demo mode are saving and printing, so that you can give Hero Lab a good test before you decide to purchase it.
In case you haven't heard yet, we now offer support for the Pathfinder Beginner Box - This is a stand-alone program, separate from Hero Lab, which is available for free, and can be used to create, save and print characters and NPCs for your beginner box games. Here's the Hero Lab for the Pathfinder Beginner Box page of our website.

Is it just me but the maths on the bestiary packages does not add up?
.
.....
Pathfinder Bestiary 1.... 14.99
Pathfinder Bestiary 2...... 9.99
Pathfinder Bestiary 3...... 9.99
-----------------------------
.......................................34.97
Buy the Pathfinder Bestiary package(1,2,3)... 29.99
I don't know, the math looks good to me.

I have a question about the Bestiary packages if anybody will humor me.
I've used Hero Lab for Mutants & Masterminds for a while and just started playing Pathfinder. I have about all the content I want for the players to use (Ultimate Combat, Ultimate Magic, Advanced Player's Guide, Core) but how do the Bestiary entries work?
By buying this package, will I be able to simply import a Black Dragon Wyrmling and have it list all of its attacks, bonuses and special abilities? Or is it just a huge addition of templates to slap on PC races?

The bestiary packages work just as if you had the books. You pick a troll or your dragon and import them there an everything from the books are good to go, all attacks feats special abilities, everything.

Thanks for the answer!
Since your reply I've bought the Bestiary Bundle, and it looks like it will be an invaluable GMing tool!

Hm. We at d20pfsrd.com had been adhering to the "street + 2 weeks" theory assuming that was the desired delay period before posting the content. Since we've already got the book 98% complete including fully statting out all variant monster forms mentioned, I wonder if that means we can/should start posting them.

We operate under a royalty-based license with Paizo regarding all Pathfinder materials, which means Paizo profits from everything we sell. That type of relationship generally results in different rules. :-) For products where we operate *without* a royalty-based license, we typically work to ensure a delay of some reasonable amount (e.g. data files for Army Builder), but every company is different.
I have no idea what Paizo's opinion is regarding free distribution of their product content, although the fact it's OGL is an important detail as well. It's probably worth contacting Paizo directly to work out a release policy that everyone is happy with. The folks at Paizo are great, so I'm guessing you can work something out in no time.

No, in the past we've observed a 2 week delay on posting any new OGL content simply because that's what Jason asked us to do way back in the Beta days. I get that since there's a business relationship between you guys and Paizo the "rules" are a bit different. It's all good. In other words, go about your business, nothing to see here :)
