According to the tracking number provided for the replacement order (#1903128), I should have received that package by today. Nothing has turned up, and the tracking web site has no news since Dec 20th. Is there anything you folks can do to track that shipment down? Also, in case you opt to send another replacement shipment - I am willing to pick up the tab to have it delivered by UPS. The postal service has a bad history of losing my packages since I relocated. The shipping address you have is current. I doublechecked.

It looks like the replacement either missed its confirmation sticker or wasn't scanned to be tracked through the USPS portion on transit. According to the portion we can track, it was transferred into the mail system on the 20th. It depends on the location and local mail carriers for how long it might take to be sorted and delivered.
However, the transit estimate is for 4-8 business days and it was shipped out on the 19th. That puts the estimate about the 29th so we've still got a few days before the estimate is over. The post office is usually pretty good about delivering packages within the estimate however, we generally give it just a bit longer (about a week) if the package goes missing to make sure it hasn't been delayed (especially with the holidays).
