I'm thinking Ben Wishaw, Tayor Kitsch, or Tom Felton / Jamie Campbell Bower (either in maybe in like 5 years) as Seltyiel.
Maybe James Purefoy as Valerous... though really you need someone who it seems like would just be a blast to get drunk with, so maybe someone less intense. I know someone's going to say Nathan Fillion for this.
Zoe Saldena for Selah, her build isn't right, but the look and personality is there.
Maggie Smith as Pharasma (though probably with a good bit of CG to make her seem really otherworldly)
And Tim Curry as either Dispater or Asmodeus, 'cause we all know how that looks. ;P
