I've noticed some errors in some stats (this kind of thing happens).
I've made some corrections for those crazy who, like me, want some accurate stats.
Here's the ones for "There is no honor"
Lavinia
Init +1 (dex)
Vark's thugs
lack 4 skill points (human bonus perhaps), I've added climb +6
Ref save should be +2 because of the lightning reflex feat
Soller Vark
lack 5 skill points, like thugs, I've added climb +6
Ref save should be +2 because of his Dex bonus.
Rhagodessa
she's medium size, so grapple modifier should be +7
Iron Cobra
same as the Fiend Folio who does have some errors
if he's really medium size, he shouldn't have a bonus to AC and attacks.
If he's small size (like the description should emply), his graplle bonus should be -2
Veldimar Krund
his diplomacy should be +6.
With the elite array and racial bonus, his CHA should be 14, which doesn't change anything.
Nemian Robloach
sickle damade is 1D6-1
concentration should be +6
Kersh Peftun
Disable device should be +4
Ixitxachitls
CHA should be 8 after racial ajustements on elite array.
grapple modifier should be -2
Gut Tugger
lack 4 skill points, but speak common, which would cost 2 skill points, which means he lack 2 more.
Cha should be 8 based on elite array plus racial adjustments (which does have some changes on charisma based skills).

Darn! I wish I had seen this 6 hours ago before I ran my first STAP adventure. However, I don't believe anything would have changed, so that's good. I will definitely check these out, though. Thanks!

Savage monkeys
spot and listen should be +7
escape artist is not mentionend. It's +6 (can be useful)
Ripclaw
seems to have lost his skill points
Skills should be after savage template:
jump +32, hide +12, listen +14, spot +14
Brissa Santos
Intimidate +7 (I think they forgot bluff sinergy)
Diplomacy +4 (same as bluff, certainly not useful but anyway)
Captain Harliss Javell has 137 skill points instead of 124.
It could be right if some points have been spent on cross class skills, but I'm too lazy to check this.
Trop Glorp Hunters
jump skill should be +0 (because of their speed of 20 feet, they have a -6 on jump)
Huntress Lorb Lorb Tub
I wonder if they have forgotten the ability increase at 4th level. It could change Dex or Str.
Also she has more points than the standard elite array, which is not necessarily an error.
If you want to use the standard elite array of 15/14/13/12/10/8 she should have something like int 8, wis 6, cha 4 after racial adjustements.
I think they forgot the armor check penalty for studded leather (unless it's masterwork, but it's not written). It can lessen climb, hide and jump by 1 and swim by 2, but I think they forgot also the +8 for swim speed.
Skills should be climb +9, hide +3, jump +9, swim +16 (without raging of course, else add 2 to the str based skills).

Listen and spot should be listed +8 in the top block (they are correct in the skills block).

She has 3 languages she shoudn't have (her skills use all skill points). Also she can't learn druidic in any way (or some druid has lose his powers since ^^).

speed should be 15 ft (base 20 reduced by hide armor)
Like Lorb Lord Tub, he has more points in abilities than the standard elite array. I choose cha 9 and wis 4.

profession is a cross class skill for fighters. Max rank should be 4,5. If, like me, you house rule for figthers have profession as a class skill, it's correct.
Spot and listen should be +0
Lavinia
if you use average HP, it should be 21 instead of 20 (yeah I'm crazy).
Ref save should be +1 and will +2
I don't have neither Dragon 339 to check the phanaton, nor Dragon Compendium to check the battle dancer, so I can't tell.
I will add corrections for the other adventures as soon as I will have made them.
I would like to say, that it's not some kind of bashing at the writers' job. When you do a lot of NPCs, and monsters with templates and the like, it's very easy to make some mistakes with all these numbers. I think they all have made very good adventures, I like a lot what I've read so far.
It's just that I have corrected the stats for me, and reposted them here for those interested.

In Lightless Depths, the rhagodessa is said to have a +4 racial bonus on grapple check, which was not mentionnend in There is no honor, which could explain the +11 grapple bonus.
And now here are the errors I found in The Sea Wyvern's Wake:
Amella Venkalie
Knowledge geography is a cross class skill, so modifier should be +3.5 (I think it has been mentioned elsewhere).

Average Hp 16
he has 36 skill ranks for 30 skill points.
Skald
he has a +2 str longbow but 12 STR, which should give him a -2 to use it. Replace it with a +1 str longbow.
also his will save should be +4 with iron will
Urol
Fort +6 ref +3 will +9 (+11)
Lirith Veldirose
she has 43 ranks for 42 skill points
also balance and tumble are not class skill for fighters and she can't put more than 4 ranks in these skills with her rogue level. But with the difference in ranks and skill points, she could increase the tumble and not the balance skill. Reduce balance by one (reducing tumble would remove the sinergy bonus on jump).
Rowyn Kellani
Touch AC should be 15 with combat expertise
bardic music 5/day
She has 110 ranks for 111 skill points. Miss one rank.
Also the increase in cha to 16 doesn't appear on the charisma based skills.
Lars "no neck" helvur
reduce balance skill by one.
fort save should be +7 with great fortitude
average HP 28
pirate
ref save should be +0
skills should be climb +4 profession sailor +1 (cross class skill), swim +3 (armor check penalty doubled)
sutolore
immune to fire since he breathes fire
vine horror
init should be +0
AC shoud be 18 touch 10 flat footed 18 (as in the FF ?)
DR 5/bludgeoning is not mentioned
language common instead of sylvan (as in the FF ?)
Mother of All
with her int bonus, she should have another max rank skill.

While I don't mind people posting home-brew errata to the adventures, keep in mind that, like the magazines themselves, they aren't immune to errors themselves. So proceed with caution.
Personally, I wouldn't worry about a few missed skill points in a game where it's really easy to forget a monster's damage reduction in the heat of the game.

That's 100% true. And especially with these skill points, it's so easy to get wrong.
