Whoops! I had Ross look into what was going on and I forgot to update and didn't realize he hadn't posted what he found.
There is a code error which isn't updating the phone number. He has fixed the error but the change to the code on the live site won't happen for a few more days. You can email customer.service@paizo.com with the new number in the meantime and we can change it on our end.
As for the card, Ross says, "Don't know what's going on with his "compromised visa". As far as I can tell, the card he hid in February is still hidden."
