For my next campaign, I will be using the Armor as Damage Reduction and Wounds and Vigor variant rules. Is there anywhere I can find a character sheet designed with those rules in mind? I've searched this site as well as Pathfinder Database and haven't found anything. I could try to design one myself, but I don't really know how or have the proper tools to do so.

I run these variants as well - and I have had no luck on the CS with them. It would be awesome of Paizo to offer alternative sheets when they release such rules ;) (nudge, nudge, wink, wink).
My solution has been this - I use the AC box for the defense score, and then have them write the DR in the DR box.
For the wounds vigor I have them draw a Line down the HP box and have them separate the numbers that way.
If I had the time and the means redo the sheet to accommodate the alternative rules. I'd also add a box for the Crit defense bonus score and the crit confirm bonus as well...
