When will I get my PDF?
As soon as the order ships from the warehouse. You'll get an email to let you know that the download is available.
When it ships, we'll be charging a total of $xx.xx to your credit card. When we charge your card, you'll be given access to your free PDF, and we'll also send a confirmation email to let you know that it has shipped.

I read the mail, but I saw:
When we charge your card, you'll be given access to your free PDF
I have a pending charge on my card already, so I figured as soon as it showed up on my statement I should get the PDF. The wording should probably be:
When it ships, we'll be charging a total of $X to your credit card and you'll be given access to your free PDF. A confirmation email to let you know that it has shipped will be sent.
Or something along those lines, anyways, sorry for the confusion! Have a session on Friday afternoon and I was wanting to read the PDF last night to prepare for it.

Pending transactions aren't actually charges. We don't consider something "charged" until it is settled on our end. When you see the transaction pending, its an authorization which is making sure the account is valid and has funds. A lot of banks show those authorizations as "pending" and will usually even display your available funds as not having those funds available. If for some reason we can't ship the order (you cancel, product goes missing, something else happens) that authorization will expire and the funds that we being "held" by your bank will reappear.
I know we're hoping to reboot our order confirmation emails to make them more clear and I will add your suggestion to the list.
