I wanted to make a version of Warcraft Goblins that were more akin to the actual MMORPG, not the d20 version. Don't get me wrong, I loved the d20 version, but this idea popped into my head and wouldn't leave me alone until I wrote it down.
Kazan Goblins:
-+2 Dexterity, +2 Intelligence, -2 Strength
-Size: Small
-Speed: 30 ft.
-Got the Best Deals Anywhere!: Kazan Goblins have turned haggling into an art form. They receive a +4 Bonus when they use the Diplomacy skill to negotiate a price for goods or services.
-Time is Money, Friend: Kazan Goblins are adept at doing anything that makes them more money, in less time. They receive +2 bonus on Initiative checks.
-Ultro-matic Utility Belt: No self-respecting Goblin would be caught dead without his Trusty, Stylish, Super-Handy, Super-Dynamic, Steamwheedle Cartel Approved, Ultro-Matic Utility Belt. In game terms it counts as a set of artisan's tools that apply a +1 bonus on all craft checks. They can also use the following spells as extraordinary abilities 3/day:
-Magic Missile (this represents multiple rockets shooting off of the belt and hitting the enemy)
-Jump (this represents rocket thrusters propelling the goblin up and through the air)
Normally this trait doesn't count as an item or equipment, but at GM's discretion it can be destroyed (that is, if your GM is a dick). If this happens a goblin can build a new utility belt with a day's work, using spare parts he has lying around. A Kazan Goblin will never lend his belt to another creature, not even to another Goblin. If a non-goblin ever manages to acquire a Utility Belt, it simply does not function.
-Languages: Kazan Goblins begin speaking Common and Goblin. They can choose any language as a bonus language (except secret languages, like Druidic).
So, any thoughts?

Well the original plan was a straight-up conversion of Warcraft goblin Racial Traits from actual gameplay (which incidentally I forgot one), but here's another whack at it (I also included a skill from the d20 version, if you're not using it replace it with Knowledge (Engineering)):
Kazan Goblins (Take 2):
-+2 Dexterity, +2 Intelligence, -2 Strength
-Size: Small
-Speed: 30 ft.
-Got the Best Deals Anywhere!: Kazan Goblins have turned haggling into an art form. They receive a +4 Bonus when they use the Diplomacy skill to negotiate a price for goods or services.
-Time is Money, Friend: Kazan Goblins are adept at doing anything that makes them more money, in less time. They receive +1 bonus on Initiative checks.
-Better Living through Chemistry: Kazan Goblins are some of the finest alchemists in the world. They receive a +2 bonus on Craft (Alchemy) checks.
-Tech Savvy: Use Technological Device is always a class skill for Kazan Goblins, and they begin play with an Ultro-Matic Utility Belt at no extra cost.
-Languages: Kazan Goblins begin speaking Common and Goblin. They can choose any language as a bonus language (except secret languages, like Druidic).
New Items:
Ultro-Matic Utility Belt: No self-respecting Goblin would be caught dead without his Trusty, Stylish, Super-Handy, Super-Dynamic, Steamwheedle Cartel Approved, Ultro-Matic Utility Belt. In game terms it gives the wearer a +1 bonus on all craft checks. The wearer can, as a standard action, activate the following spells as extraordinary abilities 1/day:
-Magic Missile (this represents multiple rockets shooting off of the belt and hitting the enemy)
-Jump (this represents rocket thrusters propelling the goblin up and through the air)

The belt is a nice item to strive for, but remember that it represents a reward from a very specific storyline in with YOU, THE PLAYER were the Goblin who was set to be the hottest thing to ever hit Kezan before Gallywix and Deathwing ruined your plan.
Would be a nice magic item to have or find later though.
Here's the write up I did recently. Horde races are in the second post.
