Hi Guys!

I'm a little concerned about this order. My history indicates it shipped on October 21 but it has not yet arrived. Typically, your packages arrive in 3-4 days, meaning it should have arrived yesterday. Can you confirm that it is in transit, and how long I should wait before I panic? ;)

The estimate is 4-8 business days which means October 27 to November 2nd. Generally you should start worrying roughly about the 8th business day even if packages *usually* show up earlier. Once it gets to the 8th business day, we usually try to give it another week for domestic shipments as delayed packages almost always show up within that time frame. If not, let us know.
