Stat'd NPC's from Ustalav?

I am going to run CC in a month or so and I am reading over Rule of Fear but I don't have the adventure path yet however. I noticed that there are a good number of NPC's in the Rule of Fear that just have write ups but no stats, has anyone stat'd these NPC's out and posted them? If not does anyone think it would be useful for others if I did so?

For the most part the NPCs that appear in Rule of Fear (both counts and noteworthy persons) don't have much of a role to play in Carrion Crown. Since I own both, however, I plan on making use of the former and inserting a few.

The one or two exceptions that do appear in the plot of CC don't really have statblocks as they weren't intended to be involved in any combat.

Carrion Crown plot spoiler:

(Former) Count Alpon Caromarc appears in the second module and Count Lucinean Galdana appears in the sixth module. Rogeif Yharloc can easily be inserted into Ascanor Lodge in the third module. Others could be potentially inserted in the fifth module as it takes place in Caliphas and anyone can have a reason for going there.

I'm not aware of any stat-ups of these people. I do think it might be worth the effort to stat up the ones in the spoiler at least since there would be PC interaction with them, especially if you have unpredictable players. I'd love to see your interpretation of their abilities with the given levels.
