I downloaded this module today to run for my home group. I skimmed through it and noted some strangeness. That may partially be due to the fact that I am running part 1 and playing the others. Then there is:
Has anyone created a larger scale map of the environs of Skull Hill? I don't want to reinvent the wheel.

For the map I used the larger 1" grid paper - I think 27" x 34" it was. It still only fit a small portion of the (unnecessarily) large map. I recommend a tape measure and some prop cutouts instead.
The quality of enemies and storytelling is so wildly variable in this series. It's hard to convey the overall picture to PC's in an interesting way, as they have so little involvement in events and so little chance to learn. I personally found the third module my favorite, although it would have been better as a stand alone adventure. Have fun playing it.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm scheduled to run Part 1 on January 20th, so I haven't spent any significant time on preparation yet.
I think I asked if people could bring a 'backup marker' for their character and had a flipmat out for "these are the squares directly around you exploded out, the map is @ 1sq=10ft, the flip mat will be one square = 5 feet when we enter combat"

This may be a bit too meta for most, but if you look at pages 13 and 36 of the new Campaign Setting book, Belkzen, Hold of the Orc Hordes, you'll see that a bit of Pathfinder Society canon has infiltrated mainstream Golarion canon. That doesn't happen too often!
