The card I was using to purchase Tome of Horror complete had expired, but the money for the book was already taken out of my bank account back in August for just the preorder price of 84.99 and not the shipping fee. Why am I being charged again for full price and not just the shipping fee?

From what I can see we have only put through the authorization for $6.96 for shipping for the Tome of Horror (order 1764165)
There is another charge of $100.05 currently pending for your October subscription shipments (order 1791919).
