Astral Repair
What mundaned items would mean? Non magic objects?

Can you pay 2 power points per attack to do 2d6 extra dmg or is it a swift action.
Nimble and Hardy both say in last sentence strength bonus.
An Astral armor.nor aind.blade cant.be enchanted as normal weapons I guess... Even if the Aegis is able to sleep with his suit and never take a bath lol

Mundane items are normal, every day objects. Magic items are not mundane.

It says it works like Deep Crystal. You can "charge" the Deep Crystal to do extra damage as a free action. So you can use it multiple times in a round.
Nimble and Hardy both say in last sentence strength bonus.
Jeremy mentioned that this is a typo somewhere else. Nimble affects your Dex and Hardy affects your Constitution. Just replace Strength with the appropriate stat.

Mind Blades and Astral Suits are temporary, even if they last a long time. There are class abilities that allow you to give them enchantment bonuses and weapon/armor special abilities but you can't use item creation feats on them.
And while an Aegis can sleep in his Astral Suit, he probably shouldn't unless he has Endurance as a feat, since he'll suffer the penalties for sleeping in armor as a result if it is anything heavier than an Astral Skin.
Besides, no character needs to bath or change clothes. Not for mechanical reasons anyway.
