Pending Orders

Today I went to look at my pending orders and, even though I am a supersubscriber, I saw none...

Recently, I changed my ship to address...would that have changed anything.

Also, I thought I preordered the beginner box and I don't see that anywhere either...

any thoughts?

Subscription orders are created for you when we process subscriptions a few business days before the stuff starts to ship. There is nothing in your order history because the orders haven't been created yet.

If you go to your My Subscriptions page, you can take a look at what your upcoming subscriptions include. Taking a peak at yours, it looks like you have the Beginner Box in October as part of your RolePlaying Game subscription.
