You guys have been pretty quick on sending me orders in the past. This one seems hung up a bit. Did I get something that is on backorder or delaying this order from being processed? If so, could we split that item off?

I took a look at your order and I found what was causing it. We had not received "Secret of the Callair Hills" yet and it was delaying the order. I went ahead and moved it to your sidecart, so it will no longer delay it. Your order should now go out as soon as possible, with "Secret of the Callair Hills" shipping out with the first possible subscription shipment. Thanks for bringing it to our attention!
