So I've been catching up on my hellblazer lately, and there was a scene where he encounters a tarot reader in the woods (Who turns out to be Jesus)
This gave me an idea, with the knowledge of the characters (backstories, personalities, etc.) I was thinking about setting up an encounter with each of them, along the road to ravengro, to meet this woman. This woman would turn out to be Desna in disguise and would give a three card reading (Past, present, future).
Ideas, thoughts, suggestions?

Sorry, it seems nobody has responded to you! :/
I just started running HoH and I'm loving it. With all of the information you have, scripted encounters, and Trust with the villagers (Especially the "timed letters") I think the Harrow reading would be fantastic! It'd really tie in with the adventure path. I also used the player's guide optional "hero point" rule where each player got a harrow card for the campaign (Only, I gave them one at the beginning of the campaign). If you felt like doing the same thing you could surely get away with letting the player's choose one of the cards (Or Desna handing them a card, something like the reading with Radovan in "Prince of Wolves") and keep it for use in the adventure path.
Otherwise I think your idea is great, and while I already started it I think I'm going to steal your idea and put her has an npc in the town. Perhaps one that the player's run in to, but after the encounter nobody in Ravengro has any idea who the PC's are talking about ;)
Cheers mate! And good luck on the AP!
