I was thinking of starting up a new group with my buddies. We've moved to Pathfinder in our other games, and this caused a few headaches in Curse of the Crimson Throne and Rise of the Runelords, because the DM had to convert all of the NPCs.
This time around I want to avoid that and just use an adventure that was written using the PFRPG, with the monsters all statted up using the new rules.
Since the PFRPG and Second Darkness both came out around the same time, I was wondering if it used the 3.5 rules, or the PFRPG rules. It looks like a really fun adventure, but I really don't want to be converting baddies for hours if I can help it.

Sorry, but Second Darkness (and the adventure path after it, Legacy of Fire) uses 3.5 rules. The first adventure path to use PFRPG rules is Council of Thieves.

Pathfinder Beta was released with Second Darkness, but Paizo didn't start releasing Pathfinder material until after the final version was released a year later.
Edit to add: I was fairly certain most of the older paths have fan conversions to PF on these boards, but I haven't looked that closely.

My friend bought a product that came with Second Darkness converted. I think it was a map tool or something.
If you're still looking to run something, I converted all 6 adventures of Legacy of Fire (though to be fair, I haven't second checked it so there can be errors), age of worms and expedition to demonweb pits. Just give me a shout at modera at hotmail DOT com
Edit: Ninja'd by John Woodford for the product my friend bought
