Some players mentioned something about this and it granting them extra vile feats. I personally don't know about it, nor do I know where it is from. Any chance someone could tell Me?

You may want to check Complete Champion Source book. I can't check alot of those sites at work but that is what came up in a Bing check.

In the Elder Evils sourcebook, on page ten, under Serving Elder Evils: "Any intelligent and evil creature can swear service to an elder evil if the creature knows of its existence. Doing so grants the creature one bonus feat, plus an extra bonus feat for every five character levels or Hit Dice. These bonus feats must be selected from among the vile feats given in the accompanying table. Elder evils do not grant spells."

It is not a feat or spell, simply a declaration of servitude. Be careful if you allow it, it has been linked to infinite feat loopholes. Since it is a mechanical gain based off a purely roleplaying choice, and any abuse of it should have strong consequences.

Thank you very much. That helps. I kept looking it up as a feat because of the way my player had described it. And yes RP should need to be heavy with something like that. Anyways, thanks again.
