[Blackbyrne Publishing] Pathfinder Character Sheet Needed

I am looking for either a ready-made character sheet or someone who can create a character sheet that I would like to include with my player's book for the Age of Lords campaign setting project I have. I already have one for the 4E version of this book, and want to include one for the Pathfinder fans as well, but there are no sources for a character sheet that I can purchase the license and add my logos to.
