Problem downloading...

I am having a serious problem in downloading two of the PDF's I need for this weekend. Normally I could wait until this gets worked out but well I need to prep for running Pathfinder Society Sunday and one of the PDF's is what I need.

I am looking to download the Devil We Know part 1 and for some reason I have not been able to download since Thursday noon. I have been trying throughout the night and this morning and about 10 minutes ago and still not able to.

I know the personalizer is slow and heavily loaded but it should not take this long should it??

The personalizer queues up requests so if your file is in line behind a bunch of others yeah it can actually take that long. However at this moment—and I mean literally, just this moment—it is claiming it is not behind. (I don't expect that situation to last.)

I have poked your account and I believe the files should download OK now.

Now I have been capable of downloading the 2nd module of Jade Regent without problems, but I tried that about 2 and a half hours ago and even waiting for 60 minutes I wasn't capable to get it.

The system is a "bit" overloaded. Maybe the Tome of horrors has something to do with that? ;)
