The personalizer does love you! It's love is just spread reeeeeeally thin over a lot of people at the moment!

Yep, in general I find it a pain to download Paizo PDFs. I still haven't been able to download the updated Bestiary PDF, most of the time nothing seems to happen, once I got a message stating it was personalising it click again in 10 seconds, and twice now it just seems to log me out of the website!
It's not even giving me the Personalizing message when I go to download the Rival Guide, or anything else, luckily I managed to get Tome of Horrors downloaded last night at least.

The Tome of Horrors is giving the personalizer a real workout, even more so than the release of a Pathfinder RPG rulebook. Partly this is due to the insane one-day demand and partly due to the enormous size of the final watermarked file. I think that server had an uptime of like six months, but I had to reboot it this morning to get it to cooperate.

Ouch...being in IT I feel your pain. Seems it was more like an IT "Tome of Horrors!"
