Looking at my card history today, why does it say DESPINOS TIRE SERVICE MANSFIELD? The amount matches whats on the paizo account here, and I got the confirmation email.....just seems, weird.
Past piazo purches say piazo. Is it becuase its pending?
This sounds like an issue from your credit card processor. Likely they (or an automated system) marked one of our transactions as coming from that name in error. I would suggest giving them a call to be sure of what's going on with your account.

They were absolutely no help. They told me to call the tire place and see if they were the ones. And then gave me a bad zip code that makes no sense. I guess we'll see if it corrects itself shortly. LMK if there is a problem.
From our end everything looks good and the charge has been settled so you're squared away with us :)

Indeed, I shall. Unfortunately, the support center for our credit card processing is closed for the day, but I will definitely investigate tomorrow.
Just adding a voice to this - Good thing a google search brought up this thread - I was close to reporting it as fraud!
I have placed a support ticket with our credit card processing company. I will update as soon as I have more information.
UPDATE: Ok, it appears that our processor recently made a change to their database. Due to an error in that process, all merchant names in their database were changed to "DESPINOS TIRE SERVICE MANSFIELD". They do not currently have an ETA on when this will be resolved.

I've made a stickied thread about this in the customer service forums.
When we hear more information or when the issue is resolved we will post there. On the plus side, its not affecting who gets the money, just what the transaction is listed as.

As long as the payment goes to where it suppose to(you guys) and stuff gets shipped out, I dont care what its listed as myself. Thats just weird though.
