Has anyone had any experience with the Nook Colour and Paizo PDF's? Does it display correctly? Any issues?

I have utilized the Nookcolor for the past 9 months, but I have also rooted my NC to cynamod 7. I utilize ezpdf reader to read my Paizo PDF and have been very happy with my experience using the PDF during GM and as a player.

I have also used Adobe PDF reader, Aldiko, Documents to go and Open Office, and my PDFs have displayed very well in those pdf reader apps also.

Hope that helps a little Jason.

Have standard nook color, latest OS version.

Some pdf render a bit weird (Dungeons of Golarion, Shadows of Gallowspire), with image/layer conflicts.

Everything else (paizo, fantasy flight games, other) renders just fine.

Thanks to both of you.

The reason I asked is because I'm looking at inexpensive tablet options, and the Nook seems to fit exactly what I need. However, I'd like to know if my PRPG Rules line PDFs will display correctly. I'd hate to buy it, only to find out the PDF's display funky, and return it.

I love it.

Landscape display + pfsrd means no books needed for reference.

When I say "this monster" jumps out, having a high res image at hand is very nice.

I'd play with one before you commit, though.

Finally, I remove it from the case for table use...case is fine for reading.g, but gets in the way of being "tablet pc."

Next time I go to Best Buy, I'll check out the Nook they have on display. I'll download my copy of We Be Goblins!, and a couple other free pdf's, and check out how it displays. If I like it, I'll get it =)

After some browsing, I simply decided to get a regular tablet instead. Looking at an Acer that we sell at work.. Thanks everyone =)

Yeah, the Acer Iconia is a real gem. I absolutely love it.
