Hello,

Could I get a few items moved to my current pending order?

The Ultra Pro Card sleeves, 10 packs of 100.
The Jon Snow Packs X 2
Ice Wyrm Packs X 2
Ultra Snug Pack of 100 Sleeves.

Then add another 5 Ultra Snug Packs if possible.

I understand this might delay my order some. I believe I already have some things delaying it already.

If something like the Jon Snow is a pre-oreder we can keep it on the October shipment.

The non-pre-order items though that just have extended time getting to your warehouse I would like to get it in the Sep. shipment if its okay.

I need the Sleeves but don't want to wait until mid-October for them. Finally getting around to organizing all my Gamemastery cards and A Game of Thrones Cards. I also don't want to pay extra shipping to Alaska. Otherwise I'd just pick it up locally if I didn't have them added to a subscription order.

Out right cancel the Ultra Pro Card sleeves of 10 packs.
Plus the Ultra Snug packs of 100. (Which means don't add five more packs.

I am going to just purchase these locally.

So besides canceling the sleeves I'll keep Jon Snow and Ice Wyrm as they are.

I have canceled the Ultra Snug packs of 100 but I can not find the Ultra Pro Card sleeves of 10 packs in your sidecart or pending orders. Do you have an order number for that item?

They say trading card sleeves but of 20 packs (thought only ordered 10).

I'll keep them coming instead. Have a lot more of the Relics of War cards than I thought. Since they come out to $0.0067 a sleeve they are a pretty good deal.

I have canceled the Icewyrm Art Sleeves and the Pro-binder. I have also found the Trading Card Soft Sleeves (100pc) I can still cancel the if you like?

As a side question the gift certificates should take care of this month subscription? I redeemed them after I got notice of subscription shipping in a week or two.

If you redeem them after the order has been processed you do need to let us know so we can apply it.

The balance of the subscription order after I applied the store credit is 9.97.

Yes the First 10 shipping discount has been applied the charge was because there was a little above and beyond the discount and store credit.

I had $135 in gift card credit. With out the $10 shipping credit the total bill is $144.97.

So the shipping credit was not applied yet. $9.97 is the difference with out the credit. So technically I should have $0.03 of credit still. Don't care about the 3 cents but I purposely psh my value above $100 for the discount. So I shouldn't be charged $9.97.

It looks as if there were some items added to the order and shipping was updated to reflect that earlier today.

Ok usually that is automatic. So guess wasn't auto this time around. Strange that it was updated the exact amount as if I didn't get the shipping discount. To counter the discount.

Looking over your order, we never sent you a new confirmation email showing the new subtotal or shipping costs. I've credited 7.38 back to you as store credit since we never sent the new confirmation email.
