Just off the top of my head, this rogue alchemist by Privateer Press has the right mix of fantasy and tech elements. Love this mini (another pic here)!
I like the miniature, might pick it up just o have it on hand because one of my players would love to play a alchemist who deals with poisonous mist and other crazy things.
I'm still looking for other ideas and options though, anymore ideas anyone?

I use this guy for my alchemist. Maybe a bit TOO Technic? ;)
Not sure if these fit or not.
John Bishop, Space Marshal
Andre Durand, Time Chaser
You might want to browse through Reaper's Chronoscape. Some good minis there, and without a good description of char, can't really know what to recommend.

I love the warforged for the use of a alchemist, it looks like something I would use to represent someone into weird science.
As for those other two I might look around the reaper site because it seems like they've got a good mixture.
The character is a thin gaunt necromancer who creates augmented undead that have weird enhancements. He wears free flowing robes and has piercings and tattoos. He studies the ways to enhance undead and ways to create better undead.

Satheras, Elf Warlock can't really tell he's an elf, hood's up.
Karzoug, Runelord of Greed He's kind of an iconic bad guy, but I could see it.
