Hi guys,
I thought about this for my home campaign. Closest thing I found was an Efficient Quiver.
Master Scout's Quiver (type I through IV)
A Master Scout's Quiver is an extradimensional space similar to a bag of holding but designed with a more specific purpose in mind. This quiver is designed for beings who favor the bow but dwell far from the range of a Bowyer. This quiver holds 60 arrows per pocket. Type I has a single pocket ranging up to type IV which has four slots that each hold sixty arrows. The quiver always weighs a fixed amount equal to slots x 5lbs. In addition to holding additional ammunition, any non-magical, non-masterwork placed into this quiver and allowed to sit 24 hours will return to the quiver if it is fired and not damaged.
Any thoughts? Going to run a campaign where a player asked about something like this and I think it is feasible.

Looks good and interesting to me. One note on the last ability - what about special material arrows, such as silver, cold iron, or adamantine? Could be a heckuva cost-saving measure, though that's not necessarily a bad thing.
I like it, so long as you're not SUPER concerned with WBL. Not entirely sure how to price it.

This looks a lot like the Quiver of Ehlonna... except for the reeturning arrow feature, and I certianly don't think tha is broken so long as it is restricted to nonmagical/masterwork arrows.
