It is probably past time to unsticky some of the stickied threads in this forum.

Just as an example, do we really need the v2.2 FAQ stickied, now that we are up to v4.0? Especially since it appears to be locked...

Reducing the number of stickied threads will make it easier, at least for me, to find the more active non-stickied threads...

There still are many valid clarifications in the old FAQ threads.
I would suggest they stay stickied until a new campaign co-ordinator comes on board and decides what to do with those issues.

What are they clarifications for? Most of those rules have changed.

Anything that still applies should be either added to the Guide, or posted in the official FAQ.

Besides, as an example, there are 494 posts in the 2.2 FAQ. And most of them probably apply to things that have been changed, reworded, or already in one of the official FAQs.

I agree that those threads should be "un-stickied" once everything relevant in them has been added to the FAQ or Guide, or otherwise dealt with. And most of the 2.2 thread, specifically, has been already amalgamated.

I'm just suggesting that there is no harm in leaving them there until the new campaign administration has a chance to deal with them. It's actually a good barometer on what progress has been made.

Cleaning up the boards will be a convenience, but having a FAQ section which doesn't toss out all of the previously answered questions will be a greater convenience.
