So this was actually brought up in the Metrication of Pathfinder Thread. I'm thinking about converting the 5ft measurement into a 2yd measurement. Seems easy enough except that the squares are a 6:5 ratio. This means either boosting the speed of all races or recalculating everything. I want to keep the human land speed, I'll just fudge the speed of the other races to fit the 2 yard measurements. The squares exactly half the speed. For the small races I'm going to round up because 3 squares a turn is pretty brutal. Half speed is pretty easy to calculate as all the numbers are even.
Movement and Range
30 ft - 10 yd (5 sq)
25/20 ft - 8 yd (4 sq)
20/15 ft - 6 yd (3 sq)
10 ft - 4 yd (2 sq)
5 ft - 2 yd (1 sq)
40 ft - 14 yd (7 sq)
50 ft - 16 yd (8 sq)
60 ft - 20 yd (10 sq)
70 ft - 24 yd (12 sq)
80 ft - 26 yd (13 sq)
90 ft - 30 yd (15 sq)
100 ft - 34 yd (17 sq)
110 ft - 36 yd (18 sq)
120 ft - 40 yd (20 sq)
Depth
2 yd ~= 1 fathom (1 sq vertical)
Weapons and actual speeds of creatures may need some looking at though, since you might want to determine certain things would probably fit better on the other side of the scale (after all things were adjusted to fit the 10 ft scale and making an adjustment from an adjustment causes weird effects).

Medium - 32 yd + 4 yd/caster level
Long - 128 yd + 16 yd/caster level
