Hello,
I've just realised that there's a mismatch to Gibs Hephenus's stats and i was wandering what stats did you choose when you run the module...

Didn't really become an issue in my campaign. He first told them to F off, and they returned with the the sheriff and his four guards, and facing down 9 people was too much and he surrendered. Later, he was freed of all charges due to the "Heroes" claiming he must of been possessed.

Yeah, but this assumes that they address the situation at a time when Gibs is not possessed. I don't see Gibs surrendering while possessed (actually TSM allowing Gibs to surrender) no matter how many adversaries he'd be facing!

Good point. I'd go with the warrior 4 stats then, because he'd be a tougher fight, and it'd just be him. I enjoy stressing my players in this scenario, and they've responded positively. They like that it's doable, but hard still. They know that I'm also not above killing them should the dice get ugly. Lopper got the inquisitor a couple sessions ago.
