Here is yet another attempt for a lesser lycanthrope template.
Link will be most up- to date.
Here is a quick c/p for others.
Beast Blooded
The beast blooded are those who have had their heritage touched by the curse of lycanthropy. A number of reasons for this is if multiple ancestors had the disease and cured of it, only to have lingering effects manifest later on. Sometimes the pregnant would get inflicted as well, but the removal of the curse before birth does not take an entire effect on their offspring. In any case the beast blooded still seem to occur randomly from time-to-time.
Template: “Beast Blooded” is an inherited template that can be added to any humanoid.
Size and Type: Unchanged. Any humanoid that could gain lycanthropy qualifies. Lycanthropy ancestry base animal should make sense by the size restrictions stated by those rules. Choosing a base animal that is more than one size different than the base creature is not possible.
Alignment: Any.
All Best Blooded receive a the following adjustments in addition to the bonuses and minuses they posses.
- 2 Intelligence in all forms.
Feral Form: As a swift action a beast blooded my increase their physical might increasing one of their physical stats by +2 of choice. Hit points gain from this ability are treated the same way the hit points gain from the barbarian’s rage class feature. This should correspond with their animal type to a degree. In concept a beast blooded of the rat base animal should not be able to get a +2 to strength, but is up to the GM’s discretion. Deactivating feral form is a free action, but can be done at any time, but only once per round. A beast blooded can not retain their form while exhausted, fatigued, sickened, staggered, or nauseated. If they gain these conditions while feral form is activated, it immediately deactivates as the base creature’s free action to do so for that turn.
Silver Weakness: Beast blooded truly are lesser lycanthropes. While they have some minor shape shifting abilities, their bodies have next to no natural resistances to silver.
-Silver Vulnerability: x2 (+100% damage) by all silver type damage.
-Gain the sickened condition while carrying silver, until the item is dropped or removed. (Includes coins, excludes mithral) This includes silver arrows that are still stuck in the body.
-Sickened when struck by silver: Fort Save DC 5 + ½ damage dealt (rounded down) to not be sickened.
Aspect of the Beast: Beast blooded qualify for this feat. Unlike others they may take this feat multiple times. Each time they take the feat they must chose a different aspect. Only one aspect chosen can be active all the time, once decided which aspect is active all the time it can not be changed. All other aspects chosen are tied to the activation of the feral form ability.

Is there a 'time limit' to how long a beast-blooded can be in feral form? Or is your intention to have them essentially always in feral form, just switching from one bonus to another as necessary?

It was intended to be a set continual bonus, but have a weekness to have it able to be removed. Sorry, didn't make those clear. Will do that now in google doc.
Here is the edited version
Feral Form: As a swift action a beast blooded my increase their physical might increasing one of their physical stats by +2 of choice. The bonus can not be the same one given by the base race. Thus a elf could not chose dexdarity. once the stat bonus is chosen it can not be changed. Hit points gain from this ability are treated the same way the hit points gain from the barbarian’s rage class feature. This should correspond with their animal type to a degree. In concept a beast blooded of the rat base animal should not be able to get a +2 to strength, but is up to the GM’s discretion. A beast blooded can remain in this form indefinitely, even in their sleep, but tend to not have it activated when around other humanoids due to their prosecution.

Yeah there were a lot of forgotten changes needed to Feral Form.
1. The stat chosen can not be the same as the one granted a bonus by the base race.
2.It is clear that they can stay in their form indefinitely.
3. I made it clear that the bonus from Feral Form was SET, and could not be changed.
I also added some more fluff as to why they might not want to stay in their beastly form all the time.

Beast blooded are generally hated and feared due to their ancestry. Fear of further contagion, even though they are not contagious, is always present as most don’t know the difference between a beast blooded and a full lycanthrope.

Feral form grants a +2 circumstance bonus to disguise them-self as not being a different person with the power active or inactive. This is very circumstantial bonus, as they only have two set appearances, and once it is figured out that they two are the same, the bonus can not ever be applied again to that same individual. Things such as clothes and other equipment can easily give away their identity eliminating the bonuses granted by the feral form ability.
Silver Weakness: Beast blooded truly are lesser lycanthropes. While they have some minor shape shifting abilities, their bodies have next to no natural resistances to silver.

True Beast Aspect: Beast blooded qualify for the aspect of the beast feat. Unlike others they may take this feat multiple times. Each time they take the feat, they must chose a different aspect. Only one aspect chosen can be active all the time, once decided which aspect is active all the time it can not be changed. All other aspects chosen are tied to the activation of the feral form ability, and are only accessible while the feral from ability is active.

Does acquiring "not affected by" or immunity to sickened - such as from a barbarian rage power - counteract the majority of the silver weakness racial trait?
Clarification on +100% damage by "all silver type damage". Is this meant to include silver weapon damage only, or silver-equivalent weapon damage such as: alchemical silver weapons, mithral weapons and all weapons of a +3 or greater permanent enhancement bonus?

Thanks!
1. I had forgotten about that immunity, it is a good point thanks. I am going to probably restrict it that only magical means to overcome the negative effects, or maybe up the effect to exhaustion to keep it a problem a little longer.
2. I will clarify the damage type. It is supposed to be silver weapons, alchemical silver weapons, and mithral weapons. Magical weapons simply, IMHO, over powers the magic giving the creature DR, not actually grant silver type damage, so note this.
