You will get access to the PDF when the physical book ships.
I just got the subscription to the AP, and thought I got the PDF with it as well. I do notice that it says pending, so if I need to be patient, that's cool. I just want to make sure I will be getting the first Jade regent as PDF as well.
Joana is exactly right, you will gain access to the PDF when the Print copy ships. I took a look at your order and it is on the picklist so it should be shipping very soon.
