Hi, I checked the box to have this order ship with my next subscription shipment, and I also have checked the box to hold all orders to ship once a month.
But, this order says that I have 20 packages with an enormous shipping cost. I ordered 38 items this time around, but I want it to reflect that combined shipping charge, not 20 separate shipping charges. Yikes.
Can you please fix this?

I took a look at the order and everything I saw said this was a sidecart order waiting for a monthly shipment. As this order is in the sidecart exact shipping will not be calculated until the order has been authorized. Were you looking at this order in your order history?

I looked in My Subscriptions tab, and the shipping charges are for 20 individual packages at a total of 103 dollars and change. And the total for the items purchased went up, but I think that it is not reflecting the 15% discount I get on those items.
The shipping charge though for 20 separate packages is a bit strange though.
I am sure you guys will figure it out though. Please keep me updated. :)

In order to make sure this package ships correctly, I've set up the subscription order for September under order 1752948. I sent you the confirmation email, but you should ignore the part where it says "In the next week or so, we're expecting to ship..." because we won't be shipping it for about 2-3 weeks. But I wanted you to be able to see the order subtotal and shipping and everything.
If you would like to add additional items to this order, go through the usual checkout process, and choose the option to ship the new items with the pending order # 1752948.
