I know it's not just me, because KaeYoss commented on it - the FAQ link on the posts seems to be missing now.

Was it removed on purpose?

Probably was never there. It's not available in every forum. Just the Pathfinder RPG and Pathfinder Society forums, and possibly specific product discussion threads.
