I just received the shipment in the mail today, however the shipment was missing Goblins of Golarion and the package sheet/receipt.
The shipment came in a Paizo cardboard box with the tag clearly saying 5 books were included, Pathfinder 48 & 49 were in a cardboard envelope together, and another envelope held Inner Sea Magic and Pathfinder Society Field Guide.
The tag on the box clearly says 5 books should be inside, but only four were inside, however since Goblins of Golarion and the package sheet were missing I figure it might have been stolen under way or is this simply as shipping mistake? Can you shed some light on this please?

Subscription shipments that only contain subscription items do not have packing slips. And though our shipping team is incredibly good at what they do, during a subscription week they handle thousands of orders. So what more than likely happened your goblins got left out, or escaped of their own accord, they are tricky that way. I have put replacement goblins in your side cart to ship with your next subscription shipment.
