We just finished the first book of Kingmaker yesterday. I've seen on several sites a 5000 GP reward for completed mapping of the northern Greenbelt and the defeat of the Stag Lord, but I can't find that anywhere in the actual AP itself. Am I missing something? It seems rather common of a thing to be someone's house rule...
We're at the post-adventure dividing the loot stage and an extra 5000 gp to go around would definitely make a difference in who ends up with what, so any help would be appreciated.

On a related note: do you give quest XP to the players for overcoming the Stag Lord - if so: how much (1200 XP for APL 3?)
Ruyan.
After the group defeated the Stag Lord, I didn't give them a quest XP bonus; I just gave them XP for the Stag Lord himself and the GP reward. They also got XP for turning in his body to Nettles and completing that part of the quest.
Since that was the completion of the book, I did "adjust" the final XP awarded to put the party just over what was required to put them at level 4, so they could level up and begin the second book at that point. It might be a consideration for you if you want to go that route (bearing in mind that they get XP bonuses right in the beginning of book 2 for founding and increasing their city -- they could level off that as well if preferred.)
