Anything scream "UNBALANCED!" with an Alt Feature where a Wizard can have a Bloodline instead of a Specailist School?

And vice/versa, A Sorcerer with a Specialist School and not a Bloodline?

The Super Geniuses in their various Genius Guide to Archetypes have the Bloodline, including all bonus feats, bonus spells, etc be equivalent to the Arcane bond plus arcane school. That seems to be a pretty good fit.
