NPC description / list in APs?

I'm about mid way through the first book of Rise of the Runelords (run using Savage Worlds) and I really am happy with the choice. The material is top notch, even if on the verbose side. However, one thing that bugs me is there is no NPC list, with personality traits, physical descriptions, etc. NPCs tend to be described rather haphazardly (except for the Kaijitsu family), and I really wish there was an easy-to-use GM chart that laid all the major NPCs out. I know RotR was one of the first - do the later ones get better at NPC descriptions and compiling the info in one place?

Personally I'd rather not have such a list. It's simple enough to do this yourself in Word (or Notepad for that matter) and then it's there next to you at the ready. Plus a table repeating what's already in the text takes up valuable space, meaning something's going to have to be taken out. I guess the text could have "see the table on page XY for this NPC's descrption" but then you're jumping pages every time you need to get stats on an NPC.

But then I usually write about 10-20 extra pages of stuff-n-fluff, including a "NPCs of Module W" section for my adventures. Heck, I'm up to 10 pages with Brinewall Legacy and I haven't even gotten done with part 1 yet (granted, half of that is a transition micro adventure to get them out of RotR's Burnt Offering).

not really a list of descriptions but d20pfsrd.com has conversions to Pathfinder for 3.5 APs' Stat Blocks and Stat Blocks for Pathfinder APs.

Also, I've got a Stat Block DB on d20pfsrd for Pathfinder Stat Blocks which includes the APs.
You can filter on the AP and get a list of the Stated Big Baddies.
