For a pending order I was recently charged on the 29th, but as of today according to my bank statement the charge was dropped. Why was the charge dropped and when will my order be shipped?

That was likely the authorization and not the actual charge. (For non-subscription orders authorizations usually happen immediately, which the charge does not fully happen until the order ships.) I'd expect to see the charge happen this week.

After an initial decline, the order was reprocessed on Friday and was successful. I have no idea why it shows as no longer pending on your bank account. You may want to contact your bank for further investigation. The authorization is still pending on our end. It is in our shipping queue and should be going out within the next day or two.
