What does "Forsaken" Mean Ruleswise?

I've got a stat block that has this in it

AP 49 Spoiler:

"Male human forsaken lich magus (staff magus) 16"

What does for forsaken mean ruleswise? Is it a template?
I can't seem to find anything on it.
