I added a few Items from my side cart to this order and It shows in the email confirmation that a few of them made it into this shipment. One item in particular (1 x Tome of Monsters (PFRPG) Print/PDF Bundle @ 16.11 = $16.11) was paid for but with the has shipped email it was not listed as being in the package.It is now listed as being in my sidecart. I was just wondering why that book was not shipped if it was paid for? And just hoping i am not charged for it again when it says it will be shipped with the mid September shipment.

The print/PDF bundles of 3rd party products act differently than most other products. When you check out, we immediately charge for the product because we make the PDF available immediately. When the print copy is ready it will ship with the next subscription shipment and charge you only for the shipping charges of the physical item.
