During the Canadian postal strike you shipped out order 1707462 to me but I have yet to receive it. I checked with Canada Post and they informed me that they have worked through their backlog of mail that had accumulated during the strike. Wondering if you could check things out on your end and get back to me with a solution. That would be much appreciated.

We are hearing from many of our Canadian customers who are still awaiting the arrival of their shipments that went out just before or during the postal strike. It would seem that packages caught up in that mess are still making their way to their destinations. However, we have not gotten any indication so far that we should expect them to NOT make it.
Therefore, please give your packages more time to arrive. If you still have not seem anything after a couple more weeks, let me know and we can arrange for replacements.
