Sailing ships sail 48 miles a day (Core, p. 163, extrapolated, and here.)
Sticking close to the coast but not hugging it means a voyage of about 1800 miles from Riddleport to the Arch. Cutting directly across the Steaming Sea from Magnimar to Kintargo makes the route about 1400 miles but is more perilous.
So either 38 days, more or less, or 29, a month and a week or a month, approximately.
