Are all of it's natural attacks primary attacks?
It's AC seems a bit low for a CR7.

I kept them all as primary natural attacks just like AD&D had them. I picture it being like a Dragon is in D&D. LOTS of attacks, not alot of damage. In the homebrew they would also be fighting it around level 2-3 so to high AC and it would be a TPK for sure. The AD&D one had Thaco 13.

Most of the Dark Sun monsters were converted to 3.5 by the Athas.org team. Kirre is among them, and can be found here:

Terrorrs of Athas

From there, the conversion work to Pathfinder should be rather easy :)

oh kool. Thanks! i will check it out!

//stating the obvious
CR 7 means the players should be encountering it around level 7. If you mean for them to encounter it around level 2-3, it should probably be CR 2-3. This monster could probably wipe out the average party of 2-3 level characters, one round each.
