A couple weeks ago, I was reading through a thread about someone wanting to play a follower of Aroden but getting spells from Iomedae. This discussion quickly broke down, but in that thread someone had mentioned a cleric of Aroden (powerless, of course) still going strong in Lastwall preaching the letter of the law but not necessarily believing in the spirit of it any longer.
Would someone be willing to fill me in on who this individual is and maybe a little about him and where in Lastwall he might be, please? I would love to include this man in a backstory for a character I'll be playing in the future, and I can't find the thread again for the life of me! (I've found another one that was similar, with similar arguments and refutes, but it didn't have the post I remembered in it, so I'm guessing this argument springs up a lot.)

There's no info on this individual in the Inner Sea Guide, which is pretty much the only source I have for Lastwall. Would greatly appreciate even a name and location within Lastwall where this person is located.

the only info on Lastwall I have is the cities of golarion( Vigil) and the innersea guide.

No, you're right, he doesn't get spells from anyone. He's rather powerless in that manner. He's just a cleric in name, I believe, who still preaches Aroden's doctrines to the letter, but behind closed doors has given up on the god, as well. This is what I gathered from the descriptions of the NPC listed by the person who wrote about him in the thread I cannot find, but I can't remember his name or whereabouts in Lastwall. I'm sorry if I was confusing on that.

I wonder if there is a bit of conflation here.. there is a former Cleric of Aroden in module LB1, Tower of the Last Baron; he's an old Elf.
Separately, the story of St. Clydwell in the background of The Demon Within (GameMastery Module D3) sets him up as a former follower of Aroden who turned to Iomedae. This adventure takes place in Lastwall, where St. Clydwell's legacy is still "going strong". St. Clydwell was not deluded, though; he knew Aroden was gone and that Iomedae was his new patron.
Hm . . . It is possible that I misinterpreted the cleric in question in Lastwall.
If that be the case, I thank you for clearing up my misconception! As my character's back story takes him into Lastwall, I shall have to figure out a different way to go about my business there than I had intended.
