Considering the excellent reputation of Kingmaker, it would be kind of sad if newcomers won't be able to play the campaign.
Anyway, congratulation on this success and lets hope that Souls for Smuggler's Shiv and Haunting of Harrowstone 'suffer the same fate'.
considering they haven't reprinted any of the OOP Rise of the Runelords yet, unlikely.
Also, Vic & co have discussed elsewhere about how reprints have to be considered a lot before being authorised, as there is a big risk that not many more people will want to pick it up, so you have 10,000* copies lying in a warehouse unsold, but paid for by Paizo.
*random number, I have little knowledge of the AP print runs.

I can completely understand that policy, and as a charter subscriber I have no real issue with this, but I just had to wonder about this: If an AP's first adventure is no longer available in print, won't that reduce the sales of all those second to sixth parts still in your warehouse dramatically? Or am I mistaken here? I'm just speculating, I have no real clue regarding publishing economics. :)

Yes, it almost certainly reduces the speed at which the other volumes sell. But it doesn't stop sales entirely, as evidenced by the fact that we've continued to sell through the other Rise of the Runelords volumes long after #1 went away. (I think the fact that we still have PDFs helps.)
