My friend got a gift of Ultimate Magic from another friend recently. Unfortunately it has some very bad printing problems--the second half of the book has their pages put in out of order and there's about 20 pages missing. I'm not sure which store she got the book from and I'm posting on the gift receipiant's behalf since I already have an account here and he does not. Can we mail this in for a replacement?

The first step is to go through the retailer the book was purchased the book from to refund or exchange your misprinted copy. This is generally the fastest way for you to get a new copy. If they are unable or unwilling to help, please let us know.

Misprints, while rare, do slip through the cracks occasionally and are not unheard of, especially with a large print run. We are more than happy to assist with make sure you get a correct copy, but we do ask that you go through the original retailer first.
